I use one.
I would, however buy one with vent openings that face forward and not upwards.
We just run the exhaust pipe out to underneath the camper trailer. I removed the little swivel wheels at the bottom and if fits snugly into the back of the Jeep Cherokee.
For the condensation: Do away with the bucket at the bottom and buy a see through pipe at bunnings. Connect the pipe and run it with the exhaust pipe to the outside.
Took it with this past January to Moore River. It was 30 od degrees at night but close to 21 degrees inside our camper trailer. Slept like a baby and woke up very refreshed the next morning.
Obviously this wont work if there is no 220Volt supply. It draws waaaay too many Amps.
