Mattress & bedding zip-up dust cover - where to buy?
« on: September 29, 2012, 05:49:41 PM »
Some of you have mentioned a zip-up dust cover for your mattress and bedding that wraps around the whole mattress.  Where can I buy one of these and what make/brands do you recommend?

Searches so far struggling to find one.

Thanks.

There is a cpmpany called infront camping. They have a website and they do custom jobs. We are looking at getting one made when we get our new camper. I have also seen one made of like the fly tenting material on ebay for about $70

Cover was $220. It zips up either side of the matress, so the surround stays in place and a flap goes over the top. We just fold it back and climb over it usually. If you move the pillows down a little from the head of the bed it keeps it all dry nicely. Never had a wet bed yet. Evan packing a wet camper onto it.

I bought one from the ebay supplier that Jamesjfa gave the link for. It's been good for us - no leaks when wet, no dust ingress. We have a little external mould....... due to the MASSIVE deluge and insufficient time to dry. Plenty of extra room under the cover for the rugrats bedding as well!  :D
