Well I was only thinking this earlier last night, I think there is an unhealthy fetish here towards Bruce  ;D
Or a lot of Swaggers have tickets on themselves about their looks

It is one of the default avatars you can choose from on the forum.  If there is a glitch when the page is built sometimes it is loaded instead of the persons proper avatar.
