« on: August 04, 2013, 06:01:06 PM »
Hi to everyone. My name is tony and I drive a pajero.......this feels like some sort if deluded confession :-D.

Finally decided to scratch the itch myself and the family have had fir a while and buy a ct. Pick up a home made job next weekend that will serve as a good base and allow plenty of mods.
Look forward to chatting with you all and maybe seeing you on the tracks.

Welcome Tony,

well done in buying a CT, good times should start from when you pick it up.
All the best.

How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive?  (Homer J Simpson).

Planning on making a stone deflector then giving her a new coat of charcoal hammertone to start. Then giving it some power with a couple of deep cycle batterys charged from the car and solar to run the fridge and phone chargers etc. Will eventually change the brake drums to 6 stud to match the tug.
But first of all get her out at the first opportunity and ENJOY the it as is to see how the kids like it
