This dude does a few different types including one where the pltae is seperate to the frame. I think it is the one shown in one of Ron Moons travel guides or it is very similar. Hopefully the link works - first time I've tryed it.http://campfirecooking.com.au/8730.html

...echoing D4D's Hillbilly recommendation - (and supports Aussie manufacturing) - and highly recommend the cookstand:http://www.campingwithhillbilly.com/cookstand.php... the BBQ plate can be used seperately (on rocks/bricks) without legs getting in the way - but most importantly - with the cookstand you can adjust height/heat easily, no matter how big/small your fire is.
