I can't help you with your question but I have fallen in love with this range of wok burners https://www.auscrown.com.au/page/shop/browse/a/category/e/wokburners_castironwokburners

They are physically quite small  so should fit most places and they put out a heap of heat.  The smallest is about double a normal wok burner

Unless you are running a noodle shop out of your trailer, arent they a bit of overkill ?

2 reasons
1 Stir frying is best with high heat.  The normal wok burners just aren't hot enough so you end up half boiling half frying.  Bigger the wok the bigger the issue.

2 Great for heating big pots eg crab/prawn cooker

Mike

Metal with an air gap on bottom (and maybe sides if you go BIG) should work.  Maybe some asbestos  >:D sheet if you can find it

I can let you have as much as you want from a shed in my back yard.
It's covered outside in AC sheet.
If you want a small bit your gunna hafta take a complete sheet, that's all I ask.
If you cut it with a guillotine it works ok, but never with a rotary saw/disc.

Thanks for all the replys and offers of help I was just being anal the camper is second hand but in new condition as only used once before I got it and it had a low pressure quick release gas bayonet fitted when new so I was wanting to use it, The stove that came was a primus high pressure red one from Drifta so not compatible with the quick release and this is were it all started  ;D
I've since found that I can fit a Lido Junior in the space and use the low pressure set up  ;D
I'm stuck at home after a operation so over thinking it all  :D
We are going to use the camper when I'm better as it is removing the bottle and red stove and if we / I don't like then I'll get the Lido

The wok stoves were another  option as low pressure stoves are hard to find

Thanks for all the help Mike

Mate, been using the red Primus stove for 4 years without issue.  It is a high output stove and boils water pretty quick.  Would probably be easier to get a quick disconnect gas bottle holder than muck around changing the cooker.  Use the gas bayonet you installed for the Webber Q  :D
