Hi!
We're a family from Adelaide with 2 little ones (18 months and 3.5), I'm a full time mum (are there any other females on the forum??) and hubby works from home, well now a neighborhood coworking space a walk away from home. We've had a plan for a couple of years to do the big trip with a couple of other families... hopefully the others will get themselves organised but we're definitely getting ready. We got ourselves a Sar Major off road camper (sorry not going into the technical stuff, mostly cos I don't know it!
) we just picked up our drifta kitchen yesterday woo hoo! Can't wait to put it in and get all our gear organised.
We're heading off to Sydney next week (hubby has a conference) and then turning it into a family holiday coming down the south coast of nsw and then along the coast of Vic or whatever takes our fancy at the time.
We're looking for a second hand 4WD, we only have a tarago, so have to be a bit careful about how much we pack! So I'll probably have a lot of questions about 4wds.
