I too have a couple of questions:
1/. Is it coming through the zippers?
2/. Is it coming through the actual canvas?
3/. Are you wetting down the seams? This is where it will leak so wetting these it Most Important! The seams where ever it joins are where it's going to leak. Personal experience talking here.
3a/. How new is the canvas and stitching?
4/. Yeah ... what type of canvas?
5/. Yeah ... are you letting it dry "thoroughly" between wettings?
5a/. Are you using Salt & Pepper or just Salt? LOL!
We wet ours down 5 times and it still wasn't 100% sealed properly. Our 2nd trip, it really poured and we got small leaks (near my head in bed). Our 3rd trip, it poured, and we got small leaks from the zippers on the doors. On our 5th trip, it poured and the velcro leaked over the kitchen area. Our 6th trip, it poured, and it leaked from the awning. Our 9th trip, it hailed, thundered, and poured, and the zippers leaked again. On our 11th trip, it poured and Nothing Leaked. From experience, you will need a good hailing, thundering and pouring to get it working properly. A small amount sounds normal (well to me) for new canvas, and the sealing process should be complete by your 11th trip.
So, I guess ... it's not Seasoned ... until the Canvas says it is.
