Want to be a little bit careful, apparently no after sales support. Apparently they only operate a wharehouse here, and as they are an international company consumer affairs have no power over them according to someone on another forum who had issues with a dud battery.

I have 2 of their batteries in my camper for 5 years and never had a problem bought another for my troopy 2 years ago and it’s going great had a 240 volt charger that died on me after 3 weeks rang them no problems walked into their show room and swapped it no questions asked and the replacement one has worked perfectly for 3 years now highly recommend them

When I had a 4WD/camping business I dealt with the owner in w.a. quite often, very friendly…

Also as quoted online ‘ iTechworld is a Western Australian family owned and operated company’

Have had their slimline lithium 50amp in my car for a couple of years, all good

Have had good dealings with them, a faulty product was replaced within days from WA to Vic.
