We (myself and the missus) bust our asses all week so that we don't have major pressing chores on the weekend. Then when it is the weekend we get up early, pack a lunch and some drinks into the day fridge, roll the patrol down onto the local 4by access beach, set up both awnings - kids on one side, adults on the other - and hang out and swim and read books and just relax all day.

If we can't manage the no pressing chores thing, then we at least try to meet up in the pool for a while in the afternoon.

Coffs Harbour. Used to live in the USA, but grew up here, wife is seppo. When we moved here it was with the goal of enjoying life, stressing less, and spending as much time on the beach as possible. We'll probably spend our old age starving and homeless, but we're pretty happy right now!
