Double Bayonet Adapter
« on: September 25, 2017, 04:33:40 PM »
Hi all, we have a bayonet fitting on our camper for the kitchen. However, I also use the same fitting for my weber Q. At the moment I am constantly taking the kitchen out and plugging the weber Q in (and vice versa) and I'm getting a bit sick of it haha.

Has any one found a double adaptor for the bayonet fitting to give two outlets at one point?

That way I can have both the cook top and weber Q hoses in at the same time.

And, if so, will one gas bottle allow both the weber and the cook top to be used at the same time?

Cheers all!

Hi Agent 9
You can't get a double adapter/ splitter for your bayonet fitting. It's a relatively cheap job to get a gas fitter to put a tee in line and add an additional bayonet fitting.
The more expensive part is getting him to write a compliance certificate, however I believe you only need one if you are selling your camper
