So I have just purchased a KK Platnium 07 model. I have 2 questions.

A. When you kick the hot water in for showering etc there is a full 1 volt drop which is a pain because if the batteries are even a little low the system is thinking there isn't enough juice to start it, has anyone else had this drama?

B. Can I purchase the KK air con and retro fit it to the 07 model?

Thanks in advance for any input!

Batteries may be getting long in the tooth
I don't think you can because of the canvas.

Yep it drops the voltage down until it fires up then it settles. I've never had it where it wouldn't fire up though. Not sure how low the batteries can be before it will not fire up.
As for the aircon I don't think you can retro fit one due to the head unit sits ontop of the gull wing box and your tent would need to be highly modified to do this.
Not saying it can't be done but it would be a huge job to do it and a lot of canvas work to make it happen. Otherwise it shouldn't be a problem.

Ran the diesel hot water heater on mine 3 times last night (once to have showers & twice to do dishes before and after dinner), never had a problem with anything. Either your batteries are low or on the way out I'd guess. Can't help with air con sorry, it's not something I'm interested in looking at getting.
