G'Day from the Goldie
« on: October 05, 2016, 10:58:23 AM »

Hi Fellow Swaggers,

I can finally say that after reading some threads as a guest, novice to forums, hoped to learn some manners before joining.

We have a canvas camper on a 7x4 trailer and well now the kids are off and married, I'm semi retired, yet still under half way. Now its time to upgrade and travel a lot more. Seen some great posts and a wealth of information. In the new year hope to join a tag along such as the recent forum Fraser trip and see more Australia.

Will be asking for ideas about making a very simple heat exchanger (without the Hoses melting on the copper) some times just like to pack light and use my swag. Found the Hottap posts very interesting and would love to hear from those whom have had one for a couple years.

I have an old Prado I like to take on the beaches, if staying in a park the diesel Captiva tows very well (Yeah I know Craptiva), surprised me too.

Look forward to talking to one and all, maybe see a few Swaggers out on the road,

Well take care, Carty.

KingBilly
