Wonder how those rear stabilizers go when the rear of the van gets dragged along the deck?
Going through deep gutters etc.

Nah, just looking to make lifting the front of the van a bit easier Edz. I've got very limited room at the front of the van so the windup handle is pretty short and can be hard going at times  :'(

Once your used 1 you'll wonder why you didn't do it years ago.
Had the removeable set up for our van, another benefit this way was you could set the height better to limit jacking.

Well so I've been told. ..

Only 1s ive seen jam are from poor operations, maybe the same reason your seen them jammed ?
1. People crash the support tube by when attaching to the draw bar they  well an truly over tighten the connection.
2. Over jacking, some people just think it'll jack to infinity.

Joe

So some

Note that the unit is not designed to be left attached to drawbar while in transit
The tubes can come apart and parts lost. I have seen trampoline springs used to keep the tubes together in transit.
Replacement tubes are quite expensive
