yep, we have a multi policy for home contents, cars etc with RACV. CT insured under their Caravan policy for agreed value and up to $1k access.

Ours is AAMI.  3 cars, house/contents plus the Jayco.  Camper renewal, came in October and I wasn't happy with the value given the recent work to the camper.  Plus it was insured as a "Jayco Eagle 4cyl DOHC, 6 Speed Manual"...  Apparently a common glitch in AAMI's data base?
Explained all of the mods and accessories fitted.  Upped the agreed value by 3K to 17K, upped and annex/awning cover to 2.5K and with the 1K contents cover my premiums went up a total of $8.00... and still under $300.

Never made a claim, so I can't comment on what they're really like.

& that's always the killer - any insurance mob can sound great on paper, or talking to the rep, but when you then have to one day make a claim... >:(

Anyone got any feedback on how any companies actually handle claims regarding CTs or extras?

Thanks

CIL for me, pay about $45 bucks a month. At the time (4 years ago) they seemed the most competitive and had a pretty good PDS

As said before RAA, just checked amount. $52.60 for a $55000 cover. Have multiple policies with them.

Appears very cheap Hewy. Are the decimal points/000's correct?
