Box to fit on camper side, Trailer mod
« on: October 12, 2015, 08:01:21 PM »

I have this spare area on the side of my camper. I don't need it, I want to use it as an area to store my battery monitor, charger etc in a sealed box.
Already have a battery box on the other side, but I'm setting up a solar panel on my tool box near this area and want to move it all to here.
Does anyone know of a box that will for snugly in here, be watertight that can store my charger/monitor and other electrical bits out of sight and safe?
The space is 400mm wide and 200mm deep....

Go see Tong Boxes.  They will make one to fit.  Can recommend them

Bit hard to see in pic but maybe a swing up lid and hinged door, both with locks would give you that extra space.

Thanks guys. Tong box looks great, but a bit exxy. I'm trying to see if an existing off the shelf toolbox will fit that I can bolt in... Might be easier to use the main toolbox for the battery box & monitor....
