Well, thanks for the replies. I am thinking of changing my camping set up so that's a good starting point . Biggest problem is the right fridge and no I am not into brand arguments which is what I have seen. Every situation is different and so the fridge is as well. I have a slide on at the moment but thinking of going back to one car and a trailer with a roof tent for when I take the boat.  So do I build or buy that's the question.
