it might not until the post check has happened.

Pop the case open and remove/replace the ram sticks.. try again.
if that fails, run with 1 stick at a time...

That's sort of funny. I've seen that twice my self and the first time was a internet order and it turned up like that for our local pre-school. The help desk actually told us to do what you suggested and - there you go... Good stuff Bird :cheers:

Years ago I bought a new PC. It would randomly restart itself.....very annoying when you lose an hour or so of work.
I took it back to the shop. He didn't believe me, until it did it in front of him. Replaced the ram, and all good.

And I've been using linux since xp came out  :cup:
