Hope everyone had a great Xmas/New Year and has had the chance to to get away somewhere special. Just letting you all know that we run a bush cooking competition in every issue of 4WD Touring Australia magazine, and we publish the best recipe submitted each month.
We've published camp oven roasts, casseroles and curries, BBQ meat and fish dishes, desserts, savoury dampers and quick and easy snacks. If it's simple to make and looks and tastes great, then we want to share it with our readers.
The competition is sponsored by EvaKool, who contribute an 85L KoolIce icebox as a prize for the winner each month, so if you need a new icebox, or just have a great recipe to share, all you've got to do is send in the name of your dish with a list of ingredients and quick description of the method, along with a photo or two.
