Howdy from Melbourne
« on: September 02, 2014, 05:32:14 PM »
Morning all,
First post and thought I would introduce myself.
My wife and I have been here 9 years as we moved over from Scotland. we have 2 boys 5 and 3 who are bilingual in Aussie and Scottish!!
We hired a couple of caravans and ventured off on couple of trips and found that we preferred camping as we have done this before, so we have ordered a camper trailer from Aussie Jays and take delivery around Oct. We are very exited and can't wait to get out and about in it.

I will confess that I know very little regards all the gadgets and stuff that you can get to modify your camper so I think a site like this will come in handy for me to improve my knowledge. I also have friends who are electricians and have been camping for years so I should be alright.

I have a BMW X5 so I don't think I will be going into the desert quite yet but If I get stuck I do have a TV in the car so I won't get bored while I wait for help. :D :D

Looking forward to jumping in to the forum and reading all about everyone's adventures..

Regards

Mactollcross
