Hey folks
« on: March 23, 2014, 08:55:25 PM »
Hello everyone.  Thought I had better introduce myself seeing as I am going to be spending a lot of time here. The name's Nathan, from Adelaide.
I went to the Adelaide caravan and camping show recently asI was looking for a self inflating mattress for the tent. Well the missus got involved and before I knew it I had purchased the display Jayco Outback Swan. We have wanted one for a while now and being the last few hours of the show got a deal I couldnt resist.
Have used iton a few overnighters so far and love it.
We are also are in the midst of planning our first decent trip from Adelaide to the Gold Coast via the Snowys and NSW Coast. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nathan, welcome to MySwag, you'll get plenty of advice around here. If you haven't been to the Snowys before you are in for some great camping.  Have a look at Geehi and Tom Groggin as a few to start with, plenty of great spots!

Cheers,

Simon

Hi Nathan... we just got back to Port Hedland after flying down to the Perth Caravan Camping Show with the intentions of "Just Looking" and it looks like we've just bought ourselves a Aussie Swag Camper... so my hubby can totally relate to what you've just experienced LOL.  So good to know we're not the only ones that this happens to.  Enjoy your camper :D

ChrisLucas, well done, nothing like impulse buying!  You've made a great choice with the Aussie Swag.

Hi Guey, yes it is a blind. Must admit I am enjoying an innerspring mattress compared to the air bed that kept going down.
