Hello All
« on: July 14, 2013, 09:14:53 PM »
Hello All,

My name is John from Brisbane. Thought it best to introduce myself.

Turns out my partner has a really cool 2004 Trackabout 4x4 Deluxe Tourer. She has already taken it around the country in a previous relationship. After this it sat in storage for a little while in her parents backyard hiding under a tarp. About a year ago we decided to get it out and start using it. Ever since then I have been hooked.

I really enjoyed camping when I was younger ( i.e. scouts and all that). I love the softfloor camper trailer idea. Its a happy medium between tents and caravans IMHO. Had the camper trailer out probably half a dozen times in the last year. It turns out that I (we) have been bitten by the "mods" bug. I'll have to start up a thread over on " My Camper Trailer " once I get all the photos loaded onto the computer. Don't want to be caught short in the pics department now.

Look forward to geeting to know you all and being part of the MySwag community.

Regards

John

Welcome to the forum John.  Be careful of modding the CT, it becomes very addictive.

Thanks heaps for all the welcomes guys. I think you're right,
This site is sooooo addictive. Heaps of great ideas and advice
from people that have been there before.

Yeah I am lucky, the wonders of Internet dating I suppose. It'll
be two years on Wednesday. Don't know about marriage just yet.
I could have sworn she said something about a " commitment
ceremony ". Is that some new age thing?

Is a Mog one of those dirty great big 4wd jobbies? No sisters, just
brothers.

Thanks again for all the warm welcomes guys.

John
