Credit where credit is due - Trackabout's after-sales service is second-to-none.
Being the special person I am, I managed to damage the gas hose for the stove in our camper. I've been putting off fixing it for weeks due to the potential hassle involved. Dropped an email to Dave @ Trackabout HQ yesterday enquiring about my options, and for less than it would cost me to get the existing hose tested I have a brand new replacement on it's way.
Very impressed with the crew - Dave and Kym couldn't be more helpful. The Trackabout brand is in safe hands.
We're keen to jump on manufacturers here when their service is sub-par, so I like to ensure that we likewise recognise good service.
