speewa, I got a notebook today, putting a calendar in it so I know when and where is booked, dividing it into seperate sections (cooking, camping, personal items, fishing, first aid etc) so I know what to get, what we have etc  Also a pocket for all receipts etc of where we have booked so I don't forget them.
Think we're pretty well right.  Sussed out a heap of stuff when we went to Blue Sky and BCF today and the list is getting smaller of what we need to buy :)
Cheers

So far on the list
We've got a little 50Lt fridge which runs well off the inverter, so thats going to save getting and Engle fridge (and give us an extra weeks holiday  ;D )  The fridge will have the meat, esky for the fruit/veg, drinks etc
Recovery gear
Evil-bay solar panel setup plus a small gennie
Hot water shower
Stuff to cook on (BBQ, or just a double gas burner thing)
There's alot of other stuff as well, but just thinking of the big things.
Vic has declared the blender as essential....he wants me to make fresh margarita's while on the beach, hope the bloody limes are cheap!
Oh, and any suggestions from the better halves of what they consider (especially in the way of cooking stuff) would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers

You may need a vehicle. .......   :D
My alternative to cheap import trailers;

I was planning to use the kids like pack mules dazzler lol
Took the freakin vehicle in for a wheel alignment today (400k round trip), turns out there's other stuff wrong with it :(  Hopefully will have another vehicle on the road soon so we can pull the Jack off and do some work to her before we go.
Turns out, we also now have a camper as well.  Vic found it on the auctions, damage to the trailer, tent should be ok.  It's a 2011 model, and we think the brand it Big Trailer Warehouse.  We'll find out next week I spose!
