I'd go with the Pioneer just on the basis of construction.
x2
We've got an Argyle and it's rock solid.
We had a good look at Cub's at the caravan and camping show at our time of purpose and the Pioneer's were more solid in comparison. Probably the bigger seller of the Pioneer was the layout and features suited our type of camping.
When we purchased ours Pioneers were constructed in WA so we didn't have to pay freight costs. Pioneer's are now constructed in Melbourne so you may be able to pickup direct from them.
I'd recommend you get to a camping show where they're side by side so you can really give the tyres a good kick.
Looking forward to seeing whatever you get in the 'my camper' section
cheers
