Pre-Christmas caravan and camping sale Qld

Anyone going to this, it's just next to work so thinking I will head along on the first day and see if there are any bargains to be had. Do companies usually have super special show prices?

The main reason I'm going is to actually compare all the companies and prices, being a technocrat I love research. Still not ready to buy but if there is a deal to good to walk away from, never say never.

Why do they always have these things on a weekend when I'll be camping?    

That's over 2 solid years of these things I've missed trying desparately to get a park then 5 solid hours of walking around, being ripped off buying a bucket of chips, not finding any bargains ... blardy hell!

I have never found any real bargins at these shows. Good for a look though as the price is right to get in.

I must admit, I'm the same. But maybe I'm just never ready to buy when these things come around, so I'm not looking too hard.

Thanks for the tip-off though - I'll actually be in Bris next week. Unfortunately since the show shuts at 5, I probably won't be able to get out there. All for the best - the less I see, the less I can be tempted by.
