G'day Kelpies and welcome to Myswag. $15K should get you a second hand hard floor.

I'm a just a wee bit biased BUT you'd pick up a decent Aussie Swag Camper for that money - second hand.

Hi Kelpies,

I really depends whether you want one that can go anywhere or one that you can handle the corigations then set up base and go exploring from there for the harder stuff.

A second hand Kimberley or Aussie swag is the way to go for rough stuff, but you will be looking at ones over 12 years old (mind you if it has been taken care of that won't matter as they are built like tanks). For a  base camp have a look at Cub there are plenty in your price range on www.caravancampingsales.com.au.

Hi Kelpie and welcome . I'm sure , as I did , you will find a wealth of helpful info and good folk hereabouts .

Not sure if this link will work but have a look at mine , not everyones cup of tea , but I had a similar budget as you and this fitted the bill nicely .
