Well done TJM Maryborough, Qld.
« on: January 25, 2012, 01:01:06 PM »
The indicator/parking lights on my TJM alloy bull bar had corroded, to the point the bulbs on one side were unable to be removed.  The bull bar was fitted in March 2009 by TJM Nambour, Qld, and yesterday I contacted my local store, TJM Maryborough, and today they said to bring the car in, which I have just done. They replaced the lights, including fitting them, free of charge. I was not expecting this and I thought I would have to pay for a new set.  So a big well done TJM, particularly the Jason at the Maryborough store.  :cup:

Great outcome. Also great to post it on here and let others know.

Speaking personally if I were in the area in need of their services, I'd go there based on your experience.

Good to know there are companies around like that.

I`d like to say WELL DONE to Scott and Amanda at Southern Cross Trailers in Penrith who go beyond the warranty with their service.

Recently Frank rang to ask about a replacement LED tail light for our 2 year old trailer and Amanda said she`d mail one. As the light hadn`t arrived before we left on a trip a few days later, we called into their factory and as Scott didn`t know if the light had been posted he not only gave us a new one but a second one when he realised we would have had two different shaped lights. :cup:.

While looking at our mods Scott noticed the foot plate on the stabiliser leg had a chunk out of it where it had been hit by a rock, he gave us a replacement. When we asked how much we owed for everything the answer was " nothing  it`s all part of the service ". :cup:

Let`s hear about some more "WELL DONES" for people who go the extra mile with their service.

p.s. The other light arrived and it will be returned next time we`re in Sydney.

Cheers, Robyn.
