Jayco Swan
« on: July 26, 2012, 11:00:34 PM »
Went to get some parts from caravanland Perth today and had a look at the new Jayco swan 2012,the things that  i noticed that have changed from my Swan (Oct 2011) are the vent above the fridge has been removed , i have been concerned that the heat from the fridge when left on while travelling would damage the plastic/canvas ,they have a thetford fridge  i have a dometic fridge , the plug for the power to the ceiling has been changed to a cigarette style not the flimsy double pin plug in mine also the velcro on the door has been pop riveted on the top and botom.

I don't think the canvas would ever get hot enough to get damaged above the fridge, I've never heard of it happening anyway. The Power plug change is definitely a good move as the double pin one is a pain in the A$$
