Projecta Battery Charger...great warranty service

We bought a Projecta Intelli Charger off Ebay about 6 months ago for our CT. On our first caravan park stay over it had an issue of freezing up. I narrowed it down to the remote that was plugged into it appeared to cause the issue.

Anyway when I got home and remembered I rang the Aussie Distributor, Brown & Watson International Pty. Ltd, and spoke to the tech department who agreed with me it was related to the remote screen.

They did not ask how old it was, where I bought it, or anything actually. The conversation was only about the issue I had, what model the unit was and how they were going to fix it.
The next day a new remote arrived in the mail. And I was told if that doesn't sort the problem to ring back and they would send a whole new unit!

So for those people who say don't buy off ebay you will void your warranty etc.....not in the case of this company.

They stand by their product no matter what.....which is rare with electronics these days.

I hope this helps others when making a decision on what charger, inverter etc to buy :)

I also had a problem with a Projecta charger, bought off Ebay (Australian distributor).  It was DOA
Also had excellent service from the same company.

My 15A projecta developed a fault recently. I rang them, but my mistake was in disclosing its age (~3 years) so no assistance. I was disappointed to only get three years out of it.

My smaller Projecta, 7A, has just become very noisy, looks like something around the fan has come loose. I might call them again and see what they'll offer.
