New MDC
« on: May 31, 2012, 07:02:27 PM »
G'day Myswaggers

First post. Just purchased a new MDC Deluxe V2. Entry level, its the best value for money I could find as far as new campers go under $6K.

Happy to cop good and bad comments on MDC. Let rip.

Pick up on Sat.

Hopefully I can get some good use out of it, plenty of room for a growing family.

Gonk

Hi Gonk

welcome to the forum.  The good thing about being here is no one give a brass razoo wether you have a swag or a $75K camper.  the main thing is you are out there enjoying you purchase and giving us a report and photos of where you have been and what you are doing.  No one will bag out anyone elses
setup up, so get out there and enjoy it

Cheers

Carl

Hi Gonk & welcome to the site. You will be happy with a MDC trailer.
I just sold my offroad V2 and am looking to upgrade to their T-box now as I was more then impressed with them.
Sure I could spend more on better quality but seen as I had zero probs with my "introductry camper" and don't get to go away much throughout the year anyway MDC is more then enough camper for us and with the money saved we can fit it out how we like...

G'day Gonk and (as Mace said) welcome to the zoo, once your in it's hard to get out and everyone's here for the same reason!!

There will be no bad words regarding your choice of camper and if there are someone will swiftly pull them into line. It's all about getting out there.
Have a look around there's plenty of info about and just when you think your a bit comfortable, jump over to the electrical section and have a look. Great entertainment over there (no offense anyone:))

Now Gonk make sure you take a few piccies when you pick her up to show the guys :)

Happy towing tomorrow!!

Thank you one and all for the warm welcome.
This rain may delay some photos but I will be sure to post some when I get it all set up. I may even nude up for the occasion, just to add that extra value for money.

Pumped!

Humbolt, I shall be picking your brain in the next 6 months regarding the "white man's magic" (electrical)....standby

Gonk I have a MDC as well purchased last October, I decided on the V2 Tbox, I am happy with the purchase and been away a few weekend swith it, nothing real serious as yet but hoping one day. Enjoy if we all could afford the top of the line it would be a boring conversation around the camp fire.

Cheers
