Good Evenin from Ferntree Gully
« on: February 06, 2012, 07:47:17 PM »
Hi everyone,

New to Camper Trailer universe, have been campers for years, 3 young kids now. We have a home made HD off Road camper, Aussie Canvas, small battery unit, and very basic kitchen. We have had our first trip and already booked second and 3rd. Need a new kitchen as a priority, all it has is a cupboard and sink area with a bit for the gas cooker.

Basically we have a blank canvas, where do we start, any suggestions, primarily kitchens.

Trav

G'day Trav and welcome to myswag, plenty of info around here. Try these guys for your kitchen http://www.drifta.com.au/ , they get excellent reviews or just pinch some of thier ideas and build your own, with lots of pics of course.

G'day & Welcome Trav.

I picked up a second hand Drifta from eBay, one of my best buys ever. Drifta are worth the money, even at new prices, though knocking one up yourself is certainly possible.

X-trail campers just up the road from you sell a very nice looking tailgate mounted kitchen.
