Cover for Jayco Outback Swan
« on: February 02, 2012, 04:34:11 PM »
Hey all,

The wife and I are picking up a 08 Jayco OB Swan next week and will be storing it outside.  We live near the beach so will need a cover to keep the salt air and sun off it.

So my question to all the Jayco owners out there, what sort of cover do you have and how does it perform??

Feel free to put up photos etc.

Thanks for the help,
Anthony

I have the prestige cover, fits well and lets the Eagle 'breathe'...
We are all in the gutter....... But some of us are looking at the stars!!

G'day coffsantman
We use a Prestige cover on our Jayco Hawk.
It has straps with solid locking quick release buckles and straps for keeping the cover in place.
We have had our camper stored outside with strong wind and rain and the cover has worked very well.
Our Jayco is stored in a shed at the moment and the cover stops birds $hitting all over the camper.
I purchased it from our Jayco dealer for $140 after some haggling.
The ticket price they wanted over $200

except I dont have a carport also if there any places where the cover could rip eg. roof racks just wack a bit of padding on the sharp corners to avoid tearing
