Hi from gramps in Vic
« on: January 02, 2012, 03:02:02 PM »
Hi all. I'm Darrin from the Grampians in Victoria, I'm looking to buy a camper trailer in the next few months and have been given this site as the best to join and get info, we have our first child due in June and plan to do a bit of travel with junior  :D
I have a 4.8 patrol and yes I know it's very thirsty on fuel but love the power :-)
Wonted to look at what people have and what works, I'm after a second hand camper trailer with kitchen, soft top, or hard but looking at only having about $3.500 to play with. Any way, iv dribbled enuf, thanks peeps and look forward to many topics and laughs, :-)
You could drive a Toyota, just like you could like coming second all the time lol

Welcome to myswag Darrin, for your budget you're best looking at 2nd hand soft floors. Make sure you checkout the forsale section.

Hi Darrin

Welcome to Myswag...

As others have said, a 2nd hand soft floor would probably best suit your budget. The beauty of any CT is that you can make modifications as your budget allows and as your needs change.
