My Brother in-law sent me an email today telling me to checkout the Outback Beds website http://outbackbeds.com.au/

I havn't given it a thorough look over yet, but looks like it could be a a good resource for NSW and QLD travellers

I saw this yesterday being plugged by Pat Callinan on his promo-show. I'm not that interested in staying 'in' the accommodation, but a few on the site and one that he was showing off on the Darling River allowed for outside camping in a camp ground area.

Worth a look.

(p.s. the other thing that i took notice of on his show was to recommend using a drop of lock-tight to ensure that the pins on your D-shackles don't come loose on your trailer safety chains! WTF???)
