Hi folks
My little sis is new to camper trailering, looking for suggestions of campsites with beach access that are not too far from the sunny coast.
I don't know enough of them to be helpful
she can't do off road yet so roads that a commodore can handle are all that she can do.
Oh and she needs amenities because I usually take care of that stuff when we go somewhere.
I've popped a rib so need to be very quiet next couple of weeks :'(
She has 2 kids, boy & 13y/o daughter, anyone with other kids same age looking for playmates next week?
her back up is Lake Cootharaba but closer to a beach with waves is preferred.

There is a campsite behind dunes at noosa north shore in between access roads to double island beach that now has bitumen road to gates, have only walked through there as we stay at campgrounds behind pub in a large group but the beachfront has all amenities and plenty of quiet shady spots. you only have to walk over the dune and you are on surf beach which has a vehicle ban so is safe for kids to run around on, sorry dont know name of campgrounds but shouldn't be hard to find.

Might be getting hard to book somewhere now but you could do all of the usual Caravan parks like Bribie, Cottin Tree ect. Hope you rib is on the mend.

There are two parks between the Noosa Northshore resort and the beach.  If the one on the beach is packed out the other one, which is back about 1 kilometre from the beach is generally quieter, has all the facilities including a pool, the down side is the 1 K drive to the beach.

Thats a great little spot.
Just stayed at Hastings point just down the road, also good, but Fingal is a better park.
