How much rain have you had lately?

Hi Kit_e,
That's the thing that has stuck out over this summer, it's the amount of rain that has fallen in patches.
We are in Lawrence NSW, We can have it raining cats and dogs, yet 10 k's away they have nothing at all and watch it go past. We had over 360mm three weeks ago in a week, less than 10km out the road they had less than 150mm and are about to have to buy water, they're on tank water.
Crazy stuff.

Kit_e_Kat9, You know Springwood rd, imagine about a foot of rain over the road up near the reservoir!

Yeah I can picture that.  Coming off that centre road division from up the hill a piece.  Ever skated on the reservoir??  There is a great view of the industrial area from there.  Next time you are heading north, I'm in the next valley on the other side of the hill above the Springwood SS.

Completely agree with that.  I work 15k from home and whilst it buckets down at work, we can have next to nothing where I live.  Crazy indeed!
