I coulda cried

In fact I did and theres tears forming now as i write this. In the middle of packing up the camper and the BT50 for a trip away leaving saturday. Had to go and do a few things so took Mrs Bravo's car. Noticed she needed petrol so wheeled into Wollies and put 20 odd litres in for her. Went in to pay and the nice lady informed me that I had a 10c per litre voucher on my Wollies card and had just save 2 dollars something. Said that was nice but I was coming in tomorrow to put 140 litres in the truck. :'( Mrs Bravo has not even offered to reimburse for the petrol. :'(

Yeah Glenn it's a bit of a lucky dip with all the different offers they throw around.  I used to keep a check on the Woolworths Rewards web site to make sure I was using the better offers when doing the big fill ups.  Now we hardly go to Woolworths so don't use the Woollies servo either.

Dan, I was expecting to hear about a crash or something, but thank God it wasn't that drastic.

Whta do you mean not drastic. I'm just a poor old pensioner you know and $14 is a lot of money :'(

I put $119 in the GU on tuesday, I think I saved about $8, I know this doesn't help you.

Before everyone says, "They make it up in store by charging more so you don't really save" Well the way I look at is You need fuel, you need to eat so why not use the dockets? Not many options on shopping centers where I live.
