Access: The campground can be reached by 4WD or boat. It is not accessible for trailers; caravans; buses; motor homes.

This by my understanding means its not recommended to tow trailers
when you book a site they ask "is it a tent or a trailer"

It is Parks, nothing is logical!!! And then they ask if its trailer or tent ??? ??? ???

It is not accessible for trailers would mean to me that it is not accessible for trailers.

Surely this is time to apply the Eureka rule:

We swear by the Southern Cross to stand truly by each other and fight to defend our rights and liberties.

If we don't, the shiny pants bureaucrats will win. Tell 'em, up 'em.

Cheers, Tony

The only reason this would happen is if the camping area is a lease hold from Parks QLD or some other Government body, where the caretakers don't own the land, in that case, there's not a lot you can do unless the caretakers are willing to do something.

I would assume that a lot of damage from the floods would have set the caretakers back a bit financially and don't have the funds to do anything more, maybe??
