i run high and low beam kits on my cruiser, I got them through one of madaz's agents in QLD (Paul - good bloke). They were 55w and well worth the cash. They were cheaper than your 100w kits but from my experience it can be a pain importing, what if they don't turn up? what if they don't work? I had a problem with my first set and for the life of me I couldn't fix it, even had a couple of mates look at it. turned out that one of the plugs was not pushed in hard enough as the seal was very tight. Paul had it sorted for me straight away.

Big fan of the HID's, great investment! I'm just wondering weather the factory looms might struggle with 100w though?

good luck with it!

I have managed to secure a 12M warranty on them, also as they draw bugger all power i think it should be ok.

I am just playing with the idea of importing these so its trial and error

But surely someone on this site wants/needs HIDs

For most of us (those without headlight washers and automatic level adjusters) they're not legal.
Cheers, John.

In h3 they most likely will be used in spots or high beam rather than low beam.

for most of us neither are most of our accessory combos and weights on car/trailer when fully loaded.
