Yamaha made a wr with a hydraulic front wheel drive a while back. They even raced it at Dakar. You don't hear of it now though

I tested the WR, is was heavy but an awesome hill climber. The weight hindered it in the tight stuff and took some 'flickability' out of riding enduro machines. They were expensive at the time also and sales suffered, Yamaha discontinued them.

Husky had one yrs ago as well...remember John Laws had one out at Yarramalong when he used to live out there
