Righto here goes. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THE THEAVIN F'N A/HOLES WITH A 50' POLE.
They have $300 of mine and are too useless to book me a holiday, and now won't give me a refund and keep making dodgy excuses.
They have been taken to court by Office of Fair trading for false advertising and there is a forum getting around we found that has nothing but bad comments about them, same issues I am having.
We have prolly 15 emails from them and have made about 40 phone calls to try and either book a holiday or get a refund and neither has happened yet.
Some people say they have had great holidays from them but they must have been lucky, they are a bunch of dodgy pricks. You will most likely speak to Mandy when you ring, she is the only 1 there, our complaints never get through, she just laughs and even told my Mrs to ring Consumer Affairs, see if she cared. She knows our phone numbers from caller I'd and awnsers the phone with my wifes name as a hello, I can't talk on the phone
. Whenever we have asked to speak to a manager of supervisor she puts us on hold and cuts us off. They have promised to ring us but never have, that is why the 40+ calls are all from us, we even got an email saying we'd have our refund within 7 days, still nothing 2 weeks later.
Living 2000km's away is hard for me to go and rock up on their door step and start tearing the place to pieces until I got my money back.
If anybody lives nearby and can do it on my behalf i'll pay you.
We have contacted "A Current Affair" but haven't had a reply, Consumer Affairs is as good as tits on a bull, and are basically telling us we have to offer "BP" about 300000 excuses and days to cough up first before anything can be done.
I'm no good at searching business names on the net but if someone could get me a directors name or something then I'll just lodge court paperwork at this end and sort them out. I tried to search but couldn't find anything with names.
So mate up to you if you want to part with your $$, but I wouldn't be. Have a look at their face book page, if they haven't tried to remove the 1 and only reply from us.
But if anybody can do some door knocking and scull cracking for me i'd be very grateful.
