I received this from Anthony Albanese, did anyone else get a reply on bull bars.

Subject: Pedestrian Safety and Bull Bars

Thank you for your email about reports that the Government was planning to ban bull bars.

These reports are not correct.

Thank you for raising this matter.

Yours sincerely

So did I and I have replied saying that the reports were correct until they received so many emails, letters and calls that they didn't go ahead with the ban.
I have heard that during the campaign their email system was blocked due to the emails flowing in. ;D

I recevied the same e-mail too.

Thought he would have put some more effort into it by explaning why the reports are not correct though.

Why?
When you know the report were correct, you can't find any explanation.

You might be right speewa158, but I would like to know what part of the report was not correct, a bit of clarification in the email would have been good.
At least I got a reply though.
