Yep - website here --> www.borumbadeerpark.com

Stayed at Island view c/p for a couple of months. Nice drive up to Landcruiser M/P from Imbil. Just don't do it at the end of a long weekend. The warrior's are on their way home and think is great to go sideways.
Always planning our next trip before the current one is over;-)

we ended up at Sundown National Park for 4 days (took the Friday off also)  8) 8) 8). nights were crisp but the space heater in the KK fixed that, and days were fantastic.

Yeah, marvellous weather in Mackay, too. 12-15 at night and 25-28 during the day. Everyone wanted to stay on, it was so nice. We had a great shoot. I came 9th overall out of 70 shooters. Roll on the national titles in Milmerran in September! The Tambo towed fantastically behind my ute. I had to look back occasionally to check it was still there.  ;D

Hey Benji,

How did your trip to Ocean Beach at Bribie Isalnd go..?

To get there do you drive up the beach from from down near Woorim or do you take the inland track from White Patch..?

Cheers

Wartim

Hi Wartim
We loved Ocean Beach at Bribie.  Beautiful spot.  We've booked to go back on the long weekend in October.  The inland track was closed due to flooding.  It's an easy drive up the beach from Woorim.  Just need to avoid around the high tide for a few hours.  Remember the mozzie repellent too as they're pretty thick in the late afternoon.  I'm sure you'll enjoy a visit there.
Cheers, Benji
