Well it's been just over 2 years now and we are slowly progressing with our "campsite"
We now have a large shed up which we have set swags up in as well as a shower. 1 water tank in and the other ready to go as soon as we finish the deck.
We have cleared about 5 acres down by the river and its starting to look very nice.
Hopefully in the new year I will get the bedroom and bathroom finished so the shed is "comfortable"
We leave the caravan down there now so no set up or pack up required.
Enjoyed the weekend with friends riding bikes and swimming in the river.
Starting to enjoy the benefits of the last 2 years worth of hard work.
Still a long way to go, but its progressing.

River is our Boundary.
Kids play in there for hours.....
Have to get around to actually going fishing one of these days.

Brian it looks good, which river is it?
I know your problem, the river is my rear boundry and I get to mow it while others get to fish from it

It's the Lachlan river.
We don't really have a problem with others, as you can only access it from our property or the neighbours who have thousands of acres they farm on.
Only one road in and one road out with locked gates along the way.
We are also the last property at the end of the road, so unless you know it's there, you would never find it.

The constant stream of MySwaggers going in & out with CTs in tow may start to give something away though! :D
