get home from work to find some old boxes of stuff that were in storage at the parents house sitting on the door step.
sorting through the stuff and found this (see pic)
driving test via main roads from 1989
also in same box was
the original receipts for
my first 2nd and third car
xb falcon v8
72 v6 capri
69 220 cortina
and a bunch of old fines (mainly for undue noise)
also some pics of drag cars from around 1992
was going to toss them (proberbly not but if anyone wants them let me know)

You ask "OMG How Old Am I", I would have to say not very.
The photo's of my first car are black and white, we had no colour photography in those days. Bright red and white trimmed Morris Majors don't look as good in greyscale, and they never went fast enough for speeding fines.
And no copy of a drivers test, the theory was all verbal.

I got my first drivers licence in QLD in 1972. Cost me $4.00 for a 10 year licence..
My last renewal (NSW) cost me $87.00 for a 5 year licence, with 50% discount for being a really good driver ;D with no demerit points (thanks QLD :police: ;D ). but it also includes my boat licence.

no idea sorry.
i think the pic were from about 1992, taken in front of what is now the strathpine library QLD,
back then it may have been a video store grand opening
i had some other pics will have a look for the name

The FJ F/C is Randall Mohr's. Don't know if he owned it back then though.
