Nup not for me, but my wife is a mad Star Trek fan, not Star Wars I know, and has just bought tickets to the 2016 las vages 50th anniversary convention. So it looks like we are off to the USA again next year.

Yeah we will go and see it on the bigscreen after the first rush settles down a bit, Just hope that they worked harder get the CGI stuff a lot more photo realistic and not as cartoonish as it was in the newer Episodes  1.2.3.

Because its fun...going to see a new movie, at the theatre, at 00.01, is different....not something you can do every day....and when its a very anticipated movie, even more fun.

I downloaded the movie off that illegal Korean site and watched it a couple of weeks ago.
Bloody good movie until you find out that Hans Solo is actually Darth Vader's brother to another mother.
Oh, by the way.... Spoiler Alert ......

Yep can't wait. My eldest son 9yo loves Star Wars and we've just watched the first six episodes of the last month or so together. It amazed me how much he got into the original three movies! Not bad for an almost 40 year old movie, that can still win over today's generation.

We will going to watch it together when it comes out

Sounds great.  My son is hyped to go.  Asking me every day, making sure I won't forget  (as if that is possible  -  I want to go nearly as much as he does)

Wait for a Saturday afternoon when the bride is out. Close the curtains, get a nice cold ale and put on a DVD of "Dive Bomber". Errol Flynn, Fred MacMurray Ralph Bellamy and the gorgeous Alexis Smith plus the genuine US Pacific Fleet just before the bombing of Pearl Harbour. Glorious colour photography and Max Steiner music. It puts Star Wars and modern movies to shame.

Saw it. Waaaaaay better than the 3 prequels. If you are a fan it is a must. Harrison Ford steals the show with classic dry humour and throwbacks to the original. And he would want to considering his earnings from the movie will be almost 100x that of the 2 new co stars who will take over lead roles in the coming sequels. Without giving anything away, for those who have seen it what did you think of the Anthony Hopkins look-alike at the end?😆

Enjoyed it, but the best part was the way it totally captivated my 10yo.  He was in heaven.
