Smee again. I'm back. Had a bit of a meltdown a while back and severed all ties with everyone and everything. Sort of imploded. Sometimes you just get overwelmed by lifes curve balls and want to go hide under a rock. Anyway, to cut a long story short,  I've sorted my Shite out, back on the straight and narrow (minded that is) and firing on all 8 cylinders again.
  Realised something important though in my introspection...it's actualy, this site and people like you, that help to keep a bloke in touch with reality.  Keeps him grounded and aware that he is not alone in this messed up world.
  I did read your comments when I left and did truely appreciate them. You are too kind and I thank you all very much.
  So....I'm back. Although I can't honestly say I really left. I've been back as a visitor. Can't help it.

Hi, Welcome back. Did you have another username before?
I know the implosion effect, had that last year and it was this forum that kept me still here.

Great courage in posting mate....

This is a great place...  but just remember nothing can substitute real friends and relationships. ..

As you know, the Internet is many times a place littered with trolls and anon keyboard wantabes
