Hello my fellow Myswaggers,

I have started a thread in Trip, tracks,touring and reports regarding this years FNQ members Christmas function.

12 weeks until the 2015 FNQ Myswag Members Christmas get-together

Plenty of time for those who may like to attend to book their days off from work.

This event is open to all members of Myswag, if there are members who are up in the far north in the first week of December, please come along.

Camping Fee       : $20 per vehicle per night with the use of the toilet and shower facilities

Daily                    : Do your own thing and join everybody at the covered in area for drinks and nibbles.
 
Saturday Night    : Combined POT LUCK dinner, A meal cooked by the members and shared at the covered in area at the camping spot

Christmas Lights : The Christmas lights are to be non generator powered, either solar or running off an inverter.

Generator Use    : Generators can be used at Woodleigh Station when camping.

There is plenty of room at the camping area for others to join in on this function.

Don't forget to bring your Christmas lights and light up your camp trailer.

bugger: again this is on the weekend I return from the USA.  Hope it a lovely sunny weekend.  All have a beer for us and enjoy.

With less than 5 weeks until the 2015 FNQ Myswag Members Christmas get-together

I thought that I would post up this reminder in the General section.

There is a hell of a lot of camping space at the function area ( Woodleigh Station- Horses watering hole ) so if there are members out there who have not put their name up on the list, don't be worried about space, there is plenty.


Location            : Woodleight Station- easy 2 hour drive from Cairns or 3.5 to 4 hours from Townsville

Firewood           : I will  be supplying the fire wood for the meet, so you do not need to bring a chainsaw.

Toilets/Showers : There are toilets and showers available for campers near the Homestead, about 600 metres away form camp site

For the members who are coming to this event, could you at some time post up your meal menu on the main thread in Trips,Tracks section.
