Title: Hacked a " Jeep "
Post by: speewa158 on July 23, 2015, 07:42:20 AM
Looks as though Hackers are so bored that now they are picking on " Jeeps "  They can upset the computers on-board to put the car off the road  . Wouldn't it be better if they just ordered a Flat Bed Truck  to take it home  ??? ???        >:D

Is this what Jeep call 'Off roading'?  ;D

I would have thought hacking a Jeep would be a waste of time as it is likely to just stop of its own accord anyway.

It's a misleading article secretly distributed by Jeep - no one hacked it - the computer just stuffed up and as a consequence the Jeep ran off the road.....Jeep are now trying to cover their butts from another law suit by circulating a made up 'hacking' story....or I'm a complete conspiracy nut!  ;D

I did wonder how they could tell the difference between a hacked Jeep and one functioning normally  ;D ;D

They hack Jeeps because it's bit hard to hack the abacus that's under the dash of a Nisota!  ;D

& then       Fait Chrysler has recalled 1.5 Million  Jeeps to sort the problem   . That should make the roads safer   , with all of those parked up somewhere   .

To the best of my Knowledge there is one 1 only official Nisota around, and it runs with a state of the art Wolf ECU.

How many 86 Nissan Patrol can you plug a lap top into.
